We tried to answer most popular questions here. Click the question to see answer. Box is a candy subscription box. Every month our team hand-picks the best candies & sweets. We will ship those sweets to you in a sustable zero-waste packaging. Inside every box we include an English information leaflet to let you know what candy you’ve received and where it’s coming from. Read more on our homepage.

When you join us, we will put you on the mailing list for the next delivery. In the last week of month, your first candy subscription box will be shipped. You’ll receive a brand new candy box on your doorstep every month. Each box will let you taste a different range of unique quality candies & sweets. Of course you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you already paid for the next box, this will be the last box you’ll receive, after which your subscription will end.

We try to be as diverse as possible, so you can keep trying new food every month. Among the brands you will find popular & famous international brands, but also sweets from really small home productions. We always try to find the best balance.

As for now, you can choose between our Subscription and Gift Subscription services. There might be more options to choose from in the future.

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany now. But we have our plans to expand our delivery chain. If you want to get a subscription, but your country is not in the list, please join our waitlist. We will send you an email, when we are ready to deliver to your country.

We are always delivering in the end of every month. If you just joined, and it happened before 15th of the month, you will receive your first box in the end of the same month. If you have joined after 15th of the month, you will receive your first box full with candies & sweets in the end of upcoming month. Example: If you subscribe at the 14th of September – your first box will be the September-box. If you subscribe at the 16th of September – your first box will be the October-box.

Yes, you can! We offer our subscriptions for the terms of 1, 3, 6 or even 12 months.

Sorry, we’re unable to provide allergy information or full ingredient lists in English. If you have serious allergies we would recommend that you do not subscribe.

To change your billing or shipping address, just log in to dashboard. After logging in to your account, click the ‘edit’ button next to your address.

We carefully pack our boxes to avoid this kind of problems. But we never know what can happen. In the event of damaged or missing items, please take a picture of the product/box and send it to us at We will contact you with a solution as fast as we can.

Please, contact us ASAP:

Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time, with no cancellation fees. You must cancel your membership at least 2 business days prior to your next billing date to be sure the cancellation occurs before your next box is processed. We are unable to provide refunds and/or stop shipments once the order has shipped. We are unable to accept returns as candy is an edible product. If your box has already shipped and you refuse the shipment you will still be responsible for the charges associated with that shipment.

We at want you to be happy with your candy. If for any reason you aren't, let us know. Contact us via email and we will try to do our best to satisfy all your wishes.
